Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in California in need of a Field Service Technician to support on-premise accounts with service calls and equipment installations. The role covers North and Central California; candidates must be comfortable driving across a large territory and possess strong beer knowledge.

The position includes hands-on work, equipment cleaning when needed, and a company vehicle is provided. Applicants should be able to deliver excellent customer service and perform multi-tasked

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience with a draught beer system.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.
• Service and troubleshoot draught lines and equipment.
• Complete draught line service and installs.
• Assist with product delivery for installs, events, and account needs.
• Manage and maintain sales tools (samples, POS).
• Train others on basic draught maintenance.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently.
• Communicate priorities and maintain logs and records.
