Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-premise customers through service calls and equipment installation across North and Central California, with a company vehicle provided.

This hands-on role requires strong beer knowledge and understanding of how draft systems operate; you may assist with cleaning lines and events, and candidates must be comfortable driving a large territory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with a draught beer system.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and communicate with account employees.
• Service equipment within state guidelines; troubleshoot draught lines.
• Complete draught line service and installs.
• Deliver products for installs, events, and accounts as needed.
• Manage and maintain sales tools (samples, POS).
• Train others on basic draught maintenance.
• Prioritize, manage multiple service requests, and maintain records.
