Advanced Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Florida is hiring Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) for our outpatient practice. We offer on-site roles at Tampa, Brandon and Wesley Chapel with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. Compensation is competitive, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

We welcome licensed professionals dedicated to helping patients regain mobility and improve quality of life, including newly licensed graduates.

Competenze

• DPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current, active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehab interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise PTAs in accordance with Florida law.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and clinical findings.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and appropriate rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Florida law.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current, active Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• No prior professional experience required.
