Position Overview

Our client, a growing patient-focused rehabilitation clinic, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide individualized, evidence-based care. You’ll evaluate patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and appropriate modalities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, injury prevention, and safe movement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
