Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical status, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide physical therapy interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
• Conduct thorough examinations, assessments, and screenings to identify areas of strength, weakness, and limitation
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on self-care techniques, exercises, and physical therapy modalities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements
