Advanced Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our expanding outpatient rehabilitation team in Tampa, Brandon, and Wesley Chapel, FL. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

Competitive compensation ranges from $37 to $39 per hour, roughly $76,960 to $81,120 annually for full-time employment. We welcome both experienced PTAs and newly licensed graduates ready to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, active Florida PTA license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently within the PTA scope of practice and collaboratively with a healthcare team.
• Newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment responses.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities within the PTA scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
