Job summary

PDI in the United States seeks a Technology Transfer Manager to lead day-to-day technology transfer and process engineering for new product commercialization, scale-up, and external transfers. The role partners with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure timely, compliant handoffs.

You will coach the Process Engineer, set priorities, manage transfer plans, risk assessments, and change controls, while driving improvements across bulk-liquid and finished-goods operations.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• 7–10 years in technology transfer, process engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing and cross-functional projects.
• Experience transferring products/processes to manufacturing environments.
• Strong planning, risk management, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer for internal scale-up and external transfers.
• Develop transfer plans, timelines, risk assessments, and reports.
• Drive change controls and deliverables for new products and processes.
• Coordinate handoffs between R&D and manufacturing and with partners.
• Coach the Process Engineer and set priorities for the team.
