Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to support site and grading work, mass excavation, mainline pipe installation, and processed water projects in heavy civil construction. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience operating bulldozers for fine grading, with GPS machine control experience preferred.

This role is critical to ensuring precision grading and site preparation for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dozer experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with site grading and mass excavation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers (Cat D5–D8) for fine grading and finish work.
• Perform mass excavation, mainline pipe installation support.
• Use GPS machine control or manual grading to required tolerances.
• Read plans, grade stakes, and laser levels to elevations.
• Inspect equipment and follow safety policies per OSHA.
