Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plans, stakes, and laser levels.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers (Cat D5/D6/D8 or similar) for fine grading and finishing.
• Contribute to mass excavation, pipe installation, and site grading.
• Use GPS machine control when available or grade to tolerances manually.
• Read plans and grade stakes to achieve precise elevations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and earthmoving crews for efficient prep.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA regulations for grading work.
