Job summary

Staker Parson Companies in Wellsville, UT is seeking a Dozer Operator for swing and night shifts on our construction projects. You will operate heavy equipment, ensure safety compliance, and perform basic equipment maintenance while reporting to the Foreman and Safety Manager.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED (preferred) and 1–2 years of related experience, with willingness to travel and work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating heavy equipment.
• Understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math for time and material records.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights, safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Report problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
• Follow Foreman directions for daily tasks and project-specific expectations.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to supervisor.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operation and maintenance of equipment.
