Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH family of companies, is seeking a Dozer Operator in Utah for groundwork and construction tasks. You will operate heavy equipment safely, perform basic maintenance, and follow OSHA/MSHA safety standards on a busy jobsite.

The role requires adherence to training, accuracy in time/material records, and willingness to travel or work nights/weekends as needed. A GED/HS diploma plus 1–2 years' related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Experience pushing off highwalls building drill pads.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights, safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures.
• Report problems to Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or HR Manager.
• Follow Foreman directions for daily tasks and project expectations.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to supervisor.
