Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Experience pushing off highwalls building drill pads.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures.
• Report problems to Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or HR Manager.
• Follow Foreman guidance on daily tasks and expectations for each project.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to supervisor.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operations and maintenance.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
