St. Moritz Security Services is seeking a Downtown Concierge for the Cleveland downtown area. This full-time, 2nd shift role involves engaging with clients, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality customer service at the security post.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of professional security experience, a valid driver’s license (preferred), and a HS diploma or equivalent. The position offers benefits and opportunities to advance within a well-established security firm.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (strongly preferred).
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid security registration/permit/license required by the state.
• Background investigation, and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol tests may be required.
• Ability to provide reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Excellent customer service orientation and professional interaction with all levels within the organization.
