Based at the Midtown Exchange Building, the position requires navigating complex stakeholder relationships and leading client relationships to expand opportunities and lease renewals, with a strong emphasis on reporting and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree with an emphasis in business or real estate.
• Real estate license, as needed.
• Two real estate certification designation courses such as RPA and CPM.
• Minimum three years' experience in a real estate management department or firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and maintain tenant-owner balance.
• Prepare accurate budgets and variance explanations.
• Create well-written, accurate reports for review.
• Monitor accountability from staff, vendors and suppliers.
• Manage both aesthetic and operational aspects of the asset.
• Ensure timely monthly reporting.
