Job summary

FrontDoor, LLC in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of our apartment community. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on units, common areas, and building systems, while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units, common areas, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with turnover of units, including painting, cleaning, and small repairs to prepare for new residents.
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal, lawn care, trash collection, and exterior upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and follow-up needs.
• Collaborate with leasing and management staff to provide outstanding resident service.
