We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Maintenance Technician in Downtown Saint Louis. This role is vital in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of our apartment community. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general maintenance, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
Must have a valid Drivers Licence.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units, common areas, and building systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues.
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with turnover of units, including painting, cleaning, and small repairs to prepare for new residents.
Maintain grounds, including snow removal, lawn care, trash collection, and exterior upkeep.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and follow-up needs.
Collaborate with leasing and management staff to provide outstanding resident service.
High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
Experience with Marriott processes and standards.
