Qualifications

• BS/MS in Biological Sciences or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth understanding of protein purification processes and equipment (AKTA, IEX, MMC, SEC).
• Familiarity with JMP statistics and DoE setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize purification workflows and support tech transfers.
• Create tools to enable scale-up and transfer to manufacturing.
• Support multiple client projects in parallel for protein purification.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on downstream purification processes.
• Assist in preparing process development and tech transfer documents.
