Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a production associate at our Jacksonville facility.

The role involves weighing and measuring ingredients for the dough mixer, keeping ingredient bins stocked, and maintaining a clean work area to uphold product quality and safety. You will support the mixer operator, assist with moving dough, and follow all safety and company policies while performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and record information.

Responsibilities

• Precisely measures all ingredients for dough mixer to maintain production schedule and correct formula.
• Maintains level of ingredients in all ingredient bins.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Assists Mixer Operator with heavy lifting and moving dough trough.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Performs other duties deemed by management to be integral to the job, including adherence to schedules and attendance policies.
