Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Scaler on the 2nd shift to ensure proper weighing of raw ingredients for the dough mixer and to support production flow at the Jacksonville location.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience, reading and recording information accurately, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Compensation aligns with a competitive hourly range with full benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related experience.
• No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.

Responsabilités

• Precisely measures all ingredients for dough mixer in order to maintain production schedule.
• Maintains level of ingredients in all ingredient bins.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Assists Mixer Operator with heavy lifting and moving dough trough.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures(EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
