Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Production Team Member to craft high quality dough in our PJ Food Service environment. You will operate and sanitize equipment, follow GMP/HACCP standards, and maintain proper dough handling and documentation.

Responsibilities include tray prep, monitoring productivity via KPIs, sanitation, weight checks, safety gear usage, and collaborative housekeeping of the Quality Control Center. This role offers full-time hours and competitive hourly pay in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and sanitation standards.
• Ability to monitor sanitation and safety practices.
• Understanding of OSHA and FDA guidelines is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Place dough balls into clean trays according to PJ Food Service standards.
• Monitor productivity standards by analyzing metrics and KPIs.
• Presoak dough trays and process through tray washer.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize all dough processing equipment and production area.
• Document sanitation, dough weight, and rejection procedures.
• Adhere to safety practices and wear required PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Quality Control Center.
• Comply with HACCP policies and federal/state/local regulations.
