Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time/temperature control.
• Maintain schedule by efficient mixing and timely dividers to keep production flow.
• Record dough mixing temperatures and other required data.
• Keep work areas clean and comply with safety and company policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision and uphold EEO/SOX policies.
