• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedules for job assignments and time reporting.
• Operate SCALER/DIVIDER equipment as assigned.
• Load, operate, and unload mixer(s) and dough pump.
• Perform start-up/shut down sanitation and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure work area is clean and organized and complies with safety policies.
