Qualifications

• Education: No specific educational requirements.
• Experience: Previous experience operating and maintaining production equipment and ensuring efficient operation of the production line is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including mixers, timers, batch recipe systems, and digital scales.
• Read and follow production recipes and specifications.
• Comply with Food Safety, GMP, allergen, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow FIFO.
• Report safety or quality concerns to supervision.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; lift up to 50 pounds.
