Responsibilities

• Ensure mixing ingredients are accurate according to the latest formula following GMP and Food Safety procedures.
• Operate and clean mixing machinery.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP and SQF regulations.
• Prepare material for batched production.
• Verify product temperature, color, appearance and weight within specifications.
• Start up and shut down machinery as needed.
• Document all mixing logs and report discrepancies to Lead/Supervisor.
• Dress appropriately and wear required PPE.
