DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Key Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates will provide outstanding guest service, coordinate with team, and manage reservations and payments with precision. Weekends flex AM/PM shifts are required, and prior hotel software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
