Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Dotnet Technical Lead to drive code-level discovery and AI-assisted analysis across the .NET stack in a hybrid Smithfield, RI setting.

You will build AI agents and parsers, use LLMs for dependency inference, and deliver artifacts to support runtime discovery and remediation efforts. Requires 6–10 years in .NET with Copilot and Claude experience.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of .NET development experience.
• AI-assisted development experience with Copilot and Claude.
• Experience with .NET Web API, WCF, ASMX, and .NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on code-level discovery across .NET Web API, WCF, ASMX, and .NET Core services in scope.
• Build and enhance Fidelity-hosted AI agents and reusable parsers to extract facts from .NET codebases.
• Use Claude, Copilot, and approved LLMs for code understanding and dependency inference.
• Implement APIs, telemetry wrappers, and integration probes for runtime discovery.
• Contribute to code quality, review, and validation of AI-generated artifacts.
• Support the Integration Architect on service-to-Sybase dependency reconstruction for the .NET stack.
• Design prompt patterns, RAG grounding, and evaluation harnesses for Copilot and LLM outputs.
• Work in environments with evolving architecture and tooling.
• Deliver code-scan outputs, dependency artifacts, evidence chains, and remediation signals.

Job Summary

Perform code-level discovery across .NET services, build and enhance AI agents and parsers for code analysis, use approved LLMs for code understanding and dependency analysis, support runtime service discovery, validate AI-generated outputs, contribute to service dependency reconstruction, and deliver discovery artifacts for the .NET estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on code-level discovery across .NET Web API, WCF, ASMX, and .NET Core services in scope.
• Build and enhance Fidelity-hosted AI agents and reusable parsers to extract facts from .NET codebases, including connection strings, embedded SQL, service contracts, and consumer bindings.
• Use Claude, Copilot, and approved LLMs for code understanding, dependency inference, debugging, and remediation-effort estimation.
• Implement APIs, telemetry wrappers, and integration probes to support runtime discovery of service consumers and consumption patterns.
• Contribute to code quality, review, and validation of AI-generated artifacts.
• Support the Integration Architect on service-to-Sybase dependency reconstruction for the .NET stack.
• Design prompt patterns, RAG grounding, and evaluation harnesses for Copilot and LLM outputs.
• Work in environments with evolving architecture and tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $95000/Annual

Pay Range Maximum: $151000/Annual

Compensation and Benefits
