Job summary

RMI in Houston, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Drug & Alcohol Collections & Program Support Specialist to perform DOT and non-DOT specimen collections and provide essential operational support in a clinical setting.

The role requires DOT Part 40 knowledge and BAT/STT certifications, with responsibilities spanning documentation, scheduling, and compliance across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• DOT-certified collector per 49 CFR Part 40 and BAT/STT certifications.
• Experience with DISA and FormFox.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in a regulated, safety-sensitive setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT and non-DOT urine, hair follicle, oral fluid, BAT/STT, and POCT tests while maintaining chain of custody.
• Manage MRO notices, clock letters, follow up on lab results, and schedule tests.
• Order and track testing supplies, CCFs, and equipment serials.
• Use DISA and FormFox to document collections and maintain electronic records.
