Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience and clean record.
• Ability to pass a driver’s road test for the truck/trailer to be operated.
• Must obtain appropriate licensing/endorsements if required.
• Ability to read, speak English per FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Landscaping including mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round.
• Perform grounds maintenance around the parking lot and exterior areas.
• Be part of a team handling landscaping and exterior cleaning/maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards per corporate and legal requirements.
• Travel may be necessary to perform essential functions.
