Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Dot Net Architect to lead secure, scalable web app design. You will define architecture for .NET, IAM, SSO, and cloud integration, working with React/Angular and Azure Entra ID.

You must have 10+ years in .NET, strong documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large programs. Government sector experience in Education/ Early Learning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years designing, developing, and testing web applications using .NET, C#, MVC, React/Angular, and HTML5.
• 7+ years producing technical documentation (requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing artifacts).
• Provide architecture for large-scale, secure, and scalable systems in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• Design and integrate SSO using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Apply security best practices: MFA, conditional access, Zero Trust.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large-scale projects.
• Experience in state government environments, Education or Early Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement .NET-based applications and IAM solutions.
• Design secure authentication/authorization using SSO, OAuth/OIDC, and SAML.
• Guide cross-functional teams through large-scale implementation projects.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet diverse requirements.
