Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking candidates for the InnovAgeDriver – Participant Care role to transport frail or elderly participants to day centers and appointments.

The job requires safe vehicle operation, loading/unloading participants, and delivering meals and supplies as part of the care program. Regular duties include assisting participants, coordinating with dispatch, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning for the PACE program.

Qualifications

• DOT and Defensive Driving experience required.
• One year or more experience working with frail/elderly.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive InnovAge vehicles following policies and routes.
• Assist participants into/out of vehicles and homes.
• Transport participants to pre-arranged appointments.
• Deliver in-home meals, supplies, and medications to participants.
