Kelly is hiring a DOT-certified driver/warehouse associate in Syracuse, NY. The role involves accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. You will work under supervision of the General and Operations Manager and support operations with safe, efficient practices.

Salary is $20 per hour with guaranteed overtime. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with some evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

DOT Certified Driver/WH Position

Location: Syracuse, NY

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Driver to support our operations. In this role, you will work under the direction of the General and Operations Manager, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are pulled correctly and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Make timely deliveries to our customers.
• Report customer feedback and competitive information to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and office areas.
• Pick up materials from local vendors and restock as necessary.
• Clean and maintain delivery trucks.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales for efficient routing of deliveries.
• Attend branch meetings and mandatory Saturday physical inventories as required.
• Work the necessary hours to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Uphold safety standards in all aspects of the job, especially driving and material handling.

Candidate Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• DOT certification is a must!
• Preferably two (2) years of safe driving experience.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work odd hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends; occasional travel may be required.
