Job summary

Kelly is hiring a DOT-certified driver/warehouse associate in Syracuse, NY. The role involves accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. You will work under supervision of the General and Operations Manager and support operations with safe, efficient practices.

Salary is $20 per hour with guaranteed overtime. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with some evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• DOT certification is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are needed.
• Willingness to work odd hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders accurately and maintain inventory.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
• Make timely deliveries to customers.
• Report customer feedback to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and office areas.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales for efficient routing of deliveries.
• Attend branch meetings and mandatory Saturday inventories.
• Uphold safety standards in driving and material handling.
