Job summary

Mullens Markings is seeking a DOT Compliance Administrator to oversee the company’s DOT compliance programs and driver records in Culpeper, VA. The role supports our pavement marking operations, drivers, and fleet, ensuring FMCSA regulations are met and compliance documentation is kept up to date.

The position requires 3+ years of DOT compliance experience, familiarity with HOS/ELD, and the ability to coordinate audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DOT compliance or related experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
• Experience maintaining Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Experience administering DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DOT and driver qualification records (DQ files, MVRs, medical certs, CDL docs).
• Administer DOT drug and alcohol testing programs and randoms.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and ELD records.
• Track driver violations and assist with corrective action documentation.
• Coordinate DOT audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting; update policies.
• Support EHS with training records and incident documentation; assist with claims.
