Job summary

Mullens Markings seeks a DOT Compliance Administrator to oversee DOT/FMCSA programs, driver qualifications, and fleet records, ensuring compliance across our pavement marking operations.

This role partners with EHS and operations to maintain accurate documentation, support audits, and keep drivers, vehicles, and policies aligned with regulations.

Candidates should have 3+ years in DOT compliance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel to operating locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DOT/transport compliance or fleet administration.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT requirements.
• Experience maintaining Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Experience administering DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) rules and ELDs.
• Experience supporting DOT audits.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DQ files: MVRs, medical certificates, CDL docs, annual reviews.
• Administer DOT drug and alcohol testing programs.
• Monitor HOS compliance and ELD records.
• Track driver violations and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain vehicle inspection, maintenance, and compliance records.
• Coordinate DOT audits and inspections.
• Ensure FMCSA regulations and company policies are followed.
• Maintain DOT compliance documentation and reporting.
• Track licenses, certifications, and required training.
• Prepare reports for audits.
