Job summary

Mullens Markings is seeking a DOT Compliance Administrator in Culpeper, Virginia, to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance for drivers, fleet, and operations. This role supports the EHS and operations teams with documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.

The position requires 3+ years in DOT/fleet compliance, strong FMCSA knowledge, and proficiency with compliance software. Travel to operating locations may be required; excellent organization is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DOT compliance, transportation compliance, or fleet administration.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT requirements.
• Experience maintaining Driver Qualification (DQ) files.
• Experience administering DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and ELDs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and compliance software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DOT Driver Qualification files (MVRs, medical certificates, CDL docs).
• Administer DOT drug and alcohol testing programs.
• Monitor HOS and ELD records.
• Track driver violations and assist with corrective action.
• Coordinate DOT audits and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting.
• Support safety and administrative functions as needed.
