Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Able to professionally communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office (Access, Word, Excel).
• Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety, and Environment or related discipline (preferred).
• Two years DOT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers submit accurate daily logs.
• Enter data into log checking software and verify mileage and fuel reporting.
• Maintain driver files and FMCSR compliance.
• Notify District Manager when qualification expiration approaches.
• Ensure DOT documents are complete and accurate.
• Forward required documents to appropriate offices.
• Ensure drivers are qualified before driving.
• Complete background investigations within 30 days.
• Interface with HR for new hire documentation.
• Handle registration, titling and licensing of KLX vehicles.
• Maintain EMKAY, fuel and maintenance records.
• Maintain complete asset list for KLX.
