Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists Fleet Manager with registration of company owned assets (IRP and non-commercial).
• Maintains accurate records of vehicle purchases and sales.
• Assists with recordkeeping and regulatory compliance tasks (fuel tax reporting, IFTA, permits).
• Performs driver logs audits and MVR runs.
• Keeps/documentation for insurance and toll billing records.

Fleet Management

• Assists Fleet Manager with registration of company owned assets (IRP and non-commercial)
• Maintains accurate records of vehicle purchases and sales

Regulatory Compliance

• Assists Fleet Manager with recordkeeping required for Fuel Tax reporting
• Includes IFTA and state specific fuel taxes (KS, NM, OR, NY, KY
• Assists Fleet Manager with permit renewal
• MCS-150
• Unified carrier registration (UCR
• Haz-Mat (Alliance, GA, CA, WI, CO, TN, IL FL Used Oil, MI Liquid Waste)
• Amber light permits (NV, GA
• Audits driver logs for HOS compliance
• Pays toll bills and maintains billing records for toll allocation (K-Tag and Pre-Pass

• Runs annual MVR for all company drivers

Qualifications
