Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a DOT Compliance and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Greer, SC. This role provides essential administrative support for Non-Driver Recruiting, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth onboarding processes.

You will manage attendance and time-off requests, run HR reports, and assist with audits to uphold DOT, OSHA, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a business environment.
• SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 i.e.; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Provide essential administrative and clerical support for Non-Driver Recruiting operations.
• Process and approve time off requests accurately and promptly.
• Administer attendance policy, monitor attendance, and report occurrences.
• Audit HR processes and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Run department reports and summarize data.
• Assist with scanning, filing, and back-up for receptionist duties.
• Attend and complete all company development, safety, and compliance training.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA rules, ISO standards, and C-TPAT practices.

Now Hiring: DOT Compliance and Onboarding Coordinator

Benore Logistic Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DOT Compliance and Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support for our Non-Driver Recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general administrative duties such as data entry, copying, filing, assisting employees, and other administrative tasks as determined by the department.
• Following the established process, accurately and timely processes and approves time off requests for employees.
• Administer all aspects of the attendance policy, including monitoring and reporting of attendance occurrences.
• Conducts various audits for the Human Resources Department and provides recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• As assigned, runs department reports and provides a summary of data.
• May perform other clerical functions such as scanning, prepares new Associate files, processes mail, and acts as back-up for the receptionist when absent.
• Required to attend and complete all company development, safety, and compliance training.
• Required to adhere to all BLS policies, procedures, DOT, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Strict adherence to C-TPAT best practices.
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 Quality certification programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
