Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a DOT Safety Supervisor to champion safety initiatives, ensure DOT regulation compliance, and strengthen our safety culture in Greer, South Carolina.

The role involves mentoring drivers, managing compliance documentation, and leading investigations to uphold safe operations. You will oversee drug/alcohol program operations, conduct safety trainings, and support hiring and training of drivers while collaborating with management to deliver impactful safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation safety administration with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TMW, and telematics systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; leadership and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Driver Coaching & Development: mentor drivers through safety assessments and improvement plans.
• Incident Investigations: conduct investigations and reporting for accidents and safety incidents.
• Safety Engagement & Programs: promote driver engagement through safety initiatives and incentives.
• Regulatory Compliance: administer DOT licensing, examinations, and compliance documentation.
• Drug & Alcohol Program Oversight: manage DOT drug and alcohol program and testing requirements.
