Job summary
Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a DOT-certified Tank Trailer Mechanic for our Cherry Hill, NJ location. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on tank trailers, perform tank service, suspension work, and welding. The role requires DOT inspection experience and a strong safety mindset.
Join a team tied to Quala, Boasso Global, and PSC, with competitive pay and benefits. Shift is Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, in Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.
Qualifications
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or other systems on tank trailers.
- Perform tank service and repair tasks.
- Install and repair trailer suspension components.
- Work with air brake systems and perform related repairs.
- Inspect tanks/trailers to meet DOT standards and complete inspections.
- Welding and fabrication experience, TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair tank trailer systems as needed.
- Perform scheduled and urgent repairs to ensure DOT compliance.
- Maintain safety standards and document inspections.
