Qualifications

• Experience supervising dormitory or residential staff preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff and manage group living conditions.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow Job Corps policies and maintain safe, respectful environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Dorm Coordinators and Residential Advisors.
• Schedule residential staff coverage and ensure adequate staffing.
• Train, direct, and evaluate assigned staff; input into performance appraisals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive dorm environment and monitor facilities.
• Coordinate dormitory activities and student government; support career preparation goals.
• Prepare weekly progress reviews during initial 60 days and ensure center compliance.
