Qualifications

• Experience with IBM DOORS environment (Classic and NextGen)
• Experience administering DOORS databases and migrations
• Familiarity with DXL scripting and DOORS extensions
• Experience coordinating with DoD/government customers
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Manage access control, folder structures, user permissions, and schema configuration in DOORS Classic and NextGen
• Support specification change teams—create change sections, manage views, establish links, assign data IDs
• Maintain specification baseline, apply changes, generate partitions, import 3rd party partitions
• Collaborate with tool development team to build/test/deploy automation scripts
• Troubleshoot DOORS-related issues in DXL scripts or Java extensions; resolve data corruptions
• Coordinate with government customers and contractors on migration plans
• Support the structural migration of the repository from DOORS Classic to DOORS NextGen
