Job summary

nLogic seeks a Specification Database Analyst to administer IBM DOORS Classic and DOORS NextGen in Huntsville, AL. You will manage requirements data, configure the tool, support users, and troubleshoot custom scripts during the DOORS migration, coordinating with engineering teams.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a technical bachelor’s degree, and experience with DoD programs. Onsite work with government customers and strong data integrity focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Active Secret Clearance is required for this position.
• Experience with DoD/ missile defense environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOORS Classic and NextGen is necessary.
• Proficient in Linux/Windows enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control, folder structures, user permissions, and schema in DOORS Classic and NextGen.
• Support change teams, create sections, manage views, and establish links.
• Maintain baseline, apply changes, generate partitions, and import third-party data.
• Collaborate with development teams on automation scripts and extensions.
• Troubleshoot DOORS issues, fix data corruptions, and resolve tool errors.
