Job summary

All Points Logistics, LLC seeks a Specification Database Analyst to support Boeing programs at the JetPlex facility in Huntsville, AL. The role administers IBM DOORS Classic and assists migration to DOORS NextGen, managing users, access controls, schemas, baselines, partitions, and workflows.

The candidate will troubleshoot tool issues, automate scripts, support requirements management, and coordinate with government customers and engineering teams for modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 6–12 years of relevant experience in requirements management, tool admin, and digital engineering.
• Active Secret clearance required; US citizenship.
• Experience with IBM DOORS Classic and migration to DOORS NextGen.
• Strong written and verbal communication and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Administer IBM DOORS Classic and support transition to DOORS NextGen.
• Manage users, access controls, schemas, baselines, and workflows.
• Support requirement data management and interface documentation.
• Maintain baselines and apply baseline updates.
• Generate and manage requirement data partitions and links.
• Troubleshoot DXL scripts, Java extensions, and backend DB issues.
• Collaborate with government customers, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guidance materials.
