Job summary

PBS Facility Service is seeking a Doorman Supervisor to lead a team of doormen and ensure high-quality client service. You will train, supervise, and schedule staff, drive daily performance, and enforce safety and building regulations.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to manage emergencies and guest relations. Fluent communication in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and complaints professionally and flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the doorman team, including scheduling and performance management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of doorman and guards; ensure safety and security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and manage client complaints professionally.
• Maintain schedules, clock-in/out records, and ensure policy compliance.
• Build a positive team culture and help the team meet daily/weekly performance standards.
