• Providing team members with a schedule every two weeks and updating it as needed.
• Developing positive relationships with team members and attending team meetings as necessary.
• Conducting regular site visits to interact with employees and provide support.
• Training new hires and evaluating performance regularly.
• Ensuring that employees comply with company policies and building regulations.
• Documenting all conversations with team members.
• Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Reviewing clock-in and clock-out times daily and making necessary adjustments.
