The Doorman is responsible for creating a positive first impression by warmly welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure. This role provides courteous, professional, and attentive service while assisting with guest inquiries, coordinating transportation, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience in accordance with Hyatt's standards of hospitality.

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to provide guests with directions, information, and assistance in a courteous manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist guests with luggage when required
• Ability to maintain Hyatt's standards of appearance, hospitality, and guest service excellence
