Job summary

Hyatt Regency London–The Churchill is seeking a friendly Food Server Assistant (Busser) to support our restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist servers, handle food runs, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

This full-time role requires morning 6:00–12:30 and evening 15:00–23:30 shifts, including weekends/holidays. Benefits include health coverage, staff meals, and employee discounts. Join a team that values care, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

• 1-2 yrs. previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work morning shifts 6am-12:30pm and evening shifts 3pm-11:30pm, including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.A Hyatt restaurant servers assistant will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include running food orders, general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment (service station setups, stock replenishment, equipment organization and cleaning).

This a full-time position with a schedule that requires morning shifts from 6am-12:30pm and evening shifts 3pm-11:30pm, including weekends and holidays. This position is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards.
