Job summary

Dusit Thani Guam Resort in Tumon, GU seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to provide courteous service to guests and visitors at the entrance. You’ll help with luggage, open doors, and assist with transportation requests to ensure a smooth guest experience.

As part of the entrance team, you will greet guests warmly, coordinate with bell staff, and maintain a welcoming entry area at all times, handling directions and information as needed.

• Coordinate with Bell Attendants to assist with unloading and handling guest luggage.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance area at all times.
• Provide directions and general information to guests as needed.
