Key Responsibilities

• Control banquet reservations and support the department in achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure all banquet functions are well organized and properly coordinated.
• Provide full cooperation within the department and with other departments.
• Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly banquet forecasts to concerned departments.
• Maintain key records and an effective filing system.
• Handle in-house banquet sales inquiries and bookings.
• Identify market needs and current trends.
